Is an account necessary for placing an order?

Although you can order as a guest, having a Royal Brand account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information, and ensuring faster checkouts.

How do I make an account?

To create your very own Royal Brand Online Account, follow these simple instructions:

  • Click on the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right-hand corner of the home page.
  • Click on the ‘Create an Account’ button at the bottom of the screen.

 What if I forget my password?

In the event of a forgotten password, simply:

  • Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in page
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on the link sent to you in your email address
  • Enter your new password

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address.

 Where can I view my order history?

Your order history will be available on your Dashboard on your Account page.


How can I order online?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the cart, login, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

Why should I buy online?

  • By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.
  • You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
  • You can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

How can I change the delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements extra fees will be added to the shipment charges. Otherwise, our delivery charges are fixed. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact me at 0311-1100131.

Do I have to order online?

You can also send your order to @officialroyalbrand (Facebook page). You can also order by calling us on 0311-1100131/0308 4803737. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have an easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. Also if you want to make the same order later, you can use the “reorder” feature.

Do you have the product in stock?

A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

When will my order proceed?

We endeavor to process all orders within 3 working days. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take up to 5 working days to be processed.


Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in Pakistani rupees. Our currency conversion tool is for browsing customer’s ease of understanding only. All payments will be charged in Pakistani Rupees as stated at the cart.

Which form of payment do you accept?

At this moment, we are accepting only cash. We are working on online payments. 

Can I use vouchers (if any) to pay for my online purchase?

Yes, you can use Vouchers for your payment. Simply, you can add the voucher number and the total will change according to it.

Can I pay COD with a cheque?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we only accept cash for COD orders.

Is there any form of advance payment required for COD?

No, you need only to pay the full amount in cash once your parcel is delivered to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 15 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged? 

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
